-MIDSUMMERS NIGHT DINNER- will be coming to the BSG once again!
On August 10th we will be putting on a five course, full service dinner prepared by Chef Pam. Here is the menu for the night,
-Golden Gazpacho soup
-Summer greens in a blueberry thyme vinaigrette topped with almonds, cucumber, and oranges
-Roasted rack of lamb with mint gastrique over herbed quinoa with arugula, and asparagus
-Cauliflower "meatballs" over zucchini noodles with roasted tomato, mushrooms, and basil pesto
-Peach crisp with vanilla bean icecream
Cost is $45 a person - seatings are at 5:30 and 7:30. This event is BYOB
Also featured at out midsummers night dinner we will be hosting a local wine tasting from 4-8 in the side room. Feel free to stop in early and sample some local wine!
If you would like to join the tasting without the dinner afterwards it is just $15 a ticket.
