Fall Feast Dinner Menu
- Soup - Parsnip and apple
- Salad - Whipped ricotta with arugula, butternut squash, cranberries, caramelized onion, roasted Brussels sprouts, drizzled with a white balsamic vinaigrette
- Entree One - Beef brisket with mushroom shallot reduction, cranberry beans, braised leeks, pickled pears, and figs
- Entree Two - Vegetable lasagna with zucchini and sweet potato noodles and kale pesto
- Dessert - Pumpkin churro - pumpkin pot de creme - and a pumpkin cream puff
